It seems that there always has been a heavy concentration of talent in our community. This talent was most evident in the performance arts such as singing,
dancing, acting and playing music. In the 40’s and 50’s the old temperance hall, St. Aidan’s Hall, was shaking to the dancing and music provided by local bands such as Eugene Leddy's ceili band.
